Who this is for
You’re someone who gets things done. But you’re also a tinkerer. When something about the way you work isn’t quite right, you’d rather build a tool that fits your work than keep bending your work to fit somebody else’s. That’s partly because a tool you build fits you in a way someone else’s never quite does. But it’s also because you enjoy building it.
You’re curious about what AI makes possible, but Claude Code feature lists and OpenAI press releases don’t tell you much. There are only so many ChatGPT demos you can watch of it planning someone’s business trip. What actually sparks your imagination is a concrete example: something a real person built, doing a real job in their work. Once you’ve seen that, you can picture what’s possible for you.

I’m a worker who tinkers, same as you. I’m not a software engineer: everything in my HQ I built by talking to Claude. And I have a full life around it, as a working musician with three kids at home, so a system that only works under perfect circumstances is no use to me.
I’ve been on my productivity journey since I first read Getting Things Done in 2014. For the last six years, I’ve built productivity systems for myself and others, guided by my Action-Powered Productivity principles. I built first in Roam Research, then in Tana, where I was an official ambassador. Now I build with the HQ Approach™, with Claude as my assistant, collaborator, and engineer.
I’ve recorded more than 500 teaching sessions from over twenty-five courses and cohorts. I wrote a book on productivity, The Rhythms of Productivity, and my second book, Solve for Now, is on the way.

Search the Library
Every recording from every course I have run, and every Runs on HQ session from here on, lives in the Library. Over 500 of them today, and new ones every week. All of it indexed, so you can find what you need.
But you do not have to go looking. You get a tool for your own Claude (a small CLI). You hand it over, your Claude sets it up once, and from then on you can ask your Claude about anything from any session, whether it happened five years ago or last Thursday. It finds where the subject came up, tells you what was said, and gives you the recording starting at that minute.
You do not have to remember which session it was, who was on the call, or what anyone called it at the time. You ask the way you would ask a person who was in the room, and you ask inside the Claude you are already working in.

What happens if you leave
You keep everything you built. It lives on your own machine and keeps working exactly as it did the day you left.
What you lose is access. The library and its search close, and so do the live sessions.
And the rate. You hold $49 for as long as you stay. Leave, and whenever you come back you come back at whatever the price is then.
FAQ
Is HQ for Action included?
No. HQ for Action is a separate kit, $97 once.
Buying it comes with your first month of Runs on HQ free.
Do I need HQ for Action to join?
No. HQ is an approach, not a product: your work and the managing of it in one environment your AI can work in. Plenty of you built yours out of the courses years ago.
HQ for Action is the task and project management, built the HQ way, that you load in and have running instead of writing it yourself. Some people install it and go. Some never install it at all, and park it in a folder for their Claude to read while they build their own version from what they see there. Either way, what you bring to a sprint is your HQ, whatever’s in it.
What exactly is the Library?
Every recording from every course I have run, and every Runs on HQ session from here on. You get a tool that lets you ask about any of it from inside your own AI, and it hands you the recording at the minute your answer is in.
How much time is this?
As much or as little as you want. If you come to the live sessions, figure a couple of hours a week across whatever you are in. But the sessions are not the whole thing. You have every recording to watch on your own schedule, the forum to ask in, and me to ask directly.
What if my month runs out mid-sprint?
You finish the sprint. Enroll while you’re a member and you see it through to the showcase. You just can’t start a new one after that.
Is Reclaim Your Creative Mind the course I already bought?
No. It is a twice-monthly session track that carries the name. The recordings from the original course are in the Library, so you have those either way.
Do I have to code?
No. You set the direction and decide what you want built; your AI does the technical work.
Which AI plan do I need?
Claude or Codex, either one. The $20 a month plan is generally enough for day-to-day work in HQ. Lean on it harder and you may want more. I am on the $100 plan and it covers everything I do in a normal week, which means that for $1,200 a year I have something that works like a genuinely capable assistant and collaborator. That still strikes me as a bargain.
